Job Description What you are expected to do ( Responsbilities ) : Develop, test, deploy, and support RPA solutions based on business requirements. Work with Business Analysts and stakeholders to understand process requirements and automation opportunities. Perform unit testing, defect resolution, and production support activities. Monitor bot performance and implement enhancements to improve stability and efficiency. Prepare and maintain technical documentation. Adhere to SDLC, security, and governance standards. What qualifies you for the role ( Requirements ) Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline. 2-4 years of hands-on experience in RPA development. Experience with Blue Prism or Ui Path or Automation Anywhere. Knowledge of SQL, APIs, and Excel automation. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience in banking or financial services domain is an advantage. Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
