Work Flexibility: Hybrid or Onsite As the Downstream Marketing Manager - Neptune 3, you will be responsible for defining, developing, and implementing the brand strategy for specific products, product lines, lines of business, or on a company-wide campaign basis. You will apply consumer insights and market intelligence to the process of developing approaches to linking a brand identity to the company and its products. Collaborate with business units, regions, and channels to understand their market needs and link brand positioning to maximize customer loyalty and connection to the product and company. What you will do: Lead the team responsible for the product or portfolio strategy Guide others to deconstruct and extract the strategy from a well-written marketing plan Coach others on the market positioning and strengths/weaknesses of key competitors Share marketing intelligence and information with the team Establish pricing strategy, including contract pricing Coach others on how to utilize the product or portfolio structure to maximize brand equity Demonstrate financial acumen Develop an effective KPI strategy for the business Supervise others in their use of data collection, analysis, and reporting tools Lead a team of professionals: develop employees, which includes hiring, communicating company policies, coaching and counseling, administering performance appraisals, and enforcing company policies through appropriate disciplinary measures Promote an environment that fosters personal growth and development Hold team accountable to deliver high-quality results with passion, energy, and drive to meet business priorities Collaborate and influence others on cross-functional teams, advancing partnerships to achieve business objectives What you need (Required): Bachelor’s degree required 8+ years of work experience required Excellent presentation and interpersonal communication skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple projects while delivering on established timelines Preferred: MBA preferred 5+ years of medical device or marketing/sales experience preferred 2+ years of people management experience preferred United States of America Pay Range: USN: $118,000 - $196,700 USD Annual View the U.S. work location and transparency guide to find the pay range for your location. These roles could have travel expectations, and you must work within the country of the job requisition location. Field-based – You can expect to regularly work a majority to 100% of time at customer facilities and has a set territory or expectation to travel within a set boundary. Almost all sales roles would likely be qualified as field-based. Onsite – Role is 100% located at a Stryker facility. Some ad hoc flexibility may be available depending on role, level, and job requirements. Manufacturing roles and any role that requires physical presence at the office would qualify under this category. Hybrid – You can expect to regularly work in both an alternate workplace and a Stryker facility. Roles that are partially remote or co-located would qualify as hybrid, and the expectation to be onsite would be defined and agreed upon by your manager/supervisor.
