Hanoi, Vietnam | Full-time We are looking for a Microsoft 365 Collaboration & Endpoint Engineer to support the collaboration, device management, and workflow automation components of a large Microsoft 365 environment in Hanoi. You will help ensure that SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Microsoft Teams, Intune device management, and electronic approval workflows operate smoothly in an enterprise environment. You will work alongside a senior engineer and collaborate with project stakeholders and implementation partners, with opportunities to further develop your Microsoft 365 expertise. Key Responsibilities Support day-to-day requests for SharePoint Online sites, document libraries, permissions, and sharing. Assist users with OneDrive for Business, including storage, synchronization, sharing, and content transfer during offboarding. Support Microsoft Teams activities such as teams and channels, meeting settings, guest access, and file sharing. Help with Microsoft Intune device enrollment and common device compliance issues. Monitor and support approval workflows built with Power Automate, Power Apps, and Microsoft Forms. Investigate common incidents, resolve issues within your scope, and work with senior engineers or partners on more complex cases. Prepare audit and workflow reports when needed for internal or regulatory reviews. Participate in testing, service stabilization, knowledge-transfer, and handover activities. Keep operational procedures, user guides, and configuration documents clear and up to date. Requirements 3+ years of experience in IT, such as technical support, systems administration, infrastructure, or software development. Basic understanding of Microsoft 365 and its collaboration services. Hands-on Microsoft 365 experience is preferred but not mandatory. Understanding of basic permission and access control concepts. Good troubleshooting, documentation, and service request handling skills. Genuine interest in Microsoft 365 and collaboration technologies, with a willingness to learn. Good written and spoken English for day-to-day communication with international colleagues. Nice to have Hands-on experience with SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, or Microsoft Teams administration. Exposure to Microsoft Intune or other device management tools. Experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, or Microsoft Forms. Background in C# / .NET or other software development. Microsoft certification such as MS-900 or MS-700, or willingness to obtain one. Experience in banking, financial services, or another regulated industry.
