As Senior Field & Demand Generation Manager, you will lead regional marketing initiatives across North America, driving measurable pipeline growth and revenue through integrated field and digital campaigns. You will partner closely with sales leadership to develop strategic marketing plans, engage enterprise decision-makers, and accelerate opportunities across priority accounts. From executive roundtables and industry events to account-based marketing and digital demand generation, you will oversee programs that turn engagement into tangible business results. Working cross-functionally with sales, business development, product marketing, and marketing operations, you will ensure alignment throughout the customer acquisition journey. This hands-on role combines strategic planning, creative execution, budget management, and data-driven optimization in a fast-paced B2B technology environment. You will have the opportunity to shape regional marketing strategy, build scalable campaign processes, and directly influence business growth.
