Nuclear Sales Director - Installed Base

We are seeking an experienced sales leader to drive commercial growth, profitability, and customer engagement across the North American nuclear power generation market. In this remote leadership role, you will oversee a team of Sales Managers responsible for expanding service and upgrade opportunities across the existing fleet of nuclear power plants. The portfolio includes steam turbines, generators, reactor components, refueling outages, and nuclear fuel services. You will develop strategic customer relationships, strengthen market share, and deliver ambitious order and contribution margin targets. Working closely with commercial, operational, finance, and customer service teams, you will guide complex deal strategies and improve forecasting accuracy.
