Summary of the Job: Systems Analysts are assigned to one Delivery team within a Program. This individual is responsible for working closely with the Delivery team to refine User Stories, Tasks and Acceptance Criteria. The Systems Analyst collaborates with the Capability Owner and Program Analyst to research and validate requirements and make sure that the Delivery team has clarity in regards to User Stories and Tasks. The Systems Analyst attends all Scrum ceremonies and is accountable for ensuring that User Stories are ready for Sprint Planning. About This Role: Systems Analysts are assigned to one Delivery team within a Program. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with Business Units to understand issues, update work in progress, and resolve in a timely manner Provide 24x7 critical incident response and resolution for supported systems. Administration of internal system, servers and components and engage in Continuous Improvement Job Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science or other technology related field or equivalent years of experience 3+ years of experience in information technology environment Production Support Experience Strong Debugging Skills Experience automating day-to-day file transfer tasks with Unix/Windows scripting Ability to create , install and replace SSL certificates. Ability to deploy standards and procedures to comply with Audit, Configuration, and Security Oversee the installation and maintenance of environments for high availability, creating services, adapters and configuring property files to implement file transfer solutions. Strong oral and written communication skills to enable the on-boarding process across delivery teams Works with the Capability Owner, Program Analyst and Scrum Master to continually groom the User Story backlog Supports the Program Analyst in writing User Stories and Acceptance Criteria Researches questions on how the functionality is implemented Partners closely with Testers and Developers to ensure User Stories are refined and available for Sprint Planning Communicates business requirements in technical terms The Ideal Candidate for This Role: Preferred Qualifications Direct experience supporting Managed File Transfers environment Experience working with the business unit to gather acceptance criteria for user stories Candidates must possess unrestricted work authorization and not require future sponsorship. Compensation: Compensation range (base pay): $79,363.00-$130,949.00 This role may have a specific starting pay within this range. Final compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon work experience, education, and/or skill level. Work Environment: It is anticipated that the incumbent in this role will work in a hybrid capacity, balancing in-person collaboration three (3) days a week with remote flexibility two (2) days a week.
