What You'll Be Doing

• Be the face of our brand! Welcome customers with a smile and create a friendly, inviting shopping experience.
• Make meaningful connections! Get to know customers, discover their skincare needs, and help them find products they'll love.
• Turn conversations into sales! Use your personality, product knowledge, and selling skills to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Become a skincare buff! Learn about our products, ingredients, and benefits so you can confidently share recommendations.

What We're Looking For

You don't have to be a skincare expert when you walk through our doors, but you do need a great attitude, a passion for sales, and a willingness to learn!

The Must-Haves:

• A friendly, outgoing personality and confidence engaging with customers.
• A genuine passion for customer service and helping others.
• A sales-driven mindset with the motivation to achieve goals and earn commissions.
• Strong communication skills and a positive, professional attitude.
• Reliability, enthusiasm, and the ability to work well with a team.
• Ability to thrive in a busy, fast-paced retail environment.
• Must work evenings, weekends, and holidays. These are some of our busiest and most exciting shopping times!
• Ability to successfully pass a background screening.
• Must be 18+ years old.

Even Better If You Have:

• At least one year of retail sales, customer service, or beauty industry experience.
• A track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• An interest in skincare, beauty, wellness, or personal care products.
• Experience using retail point-of-sale systems and handling transactions.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, up to 8 hours per shift.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
