Job Title Key Account Manager DPH Job Description Key Account Manager DPH (M/F) In this role, you will have the opportunity to To deploy our latest generation of products to our mass retail customers, helping to improve people’s daily health and quality of life. Reporting to the France Commercial Director, your main responsibilities will be to grow our business across several mass retail accounts. In this role, you will: Manage the commercial relationship with buying groups Negotiate commercial agreements (pricing, promotions, assortment) Build and implement business plans for groups / retail banners Monitor performance (sales, market share, profitability, promotional ROI) Coordinate new product launches Work closely with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams Ensure strong alignment with the field sales force You will be part of Our Personal Health division, which brings together our consumer-focused products and activities in France (oral healthcare, baby care, personal care, and small domestic appliances). You will report to the Channel Manager and work closely with all commercial, marketing, logistic, and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction and the successful deployment of Philips’ new positioning. To succeed in this role, you should have: Master’s degree (business school or equivalent) Min. 5 years of experience in key account management (ideally in FMCG retail) Proven experience negotiating with buying groups Strong results orientation and analytical skills Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills A challenger mindset with strong customer focus Strong ethics and team spirit Professional level of English and French In return, we offer you: The opportunity to join an innovative organization whose products are at the heart of people’s lives, with strong career development opportunities aligned with your ambitions. Compensation & benefits Doing meaningful work should come with fair, transparent rewards. The base salary range for this role is € 53 625 - € 82 500. We determine pay within the range using objective factors, like the skills the role requires, your relevant experience and the responsibility you'll have in this role, alongside internal equity and local market considerations. This role is eligible for bonus, with your rewards linked to KPIs/company result. We’ll share the full approach with you during the interview process, so you can make a clear, informed decision. Rattaché(e) à la Direction Commerciale France, vous avez pour principales missions de développer nos activités sur plusieurs enseignes de la grande distribution. Dans ce rôle, vous serez amené(e) à : Piloter la relation commerciale avec les centrales et groupements d’achat Négocier les accords commerciaux : tarifs, promotions et assortiments Construire et déployer les plans d’affaires pour les groupements et enseignes Suivre les performances : chiffre d’affaires, parts de marché, rentabilité et ROI promotionnel Coordonner les lancements de nouveaux produits Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes marketing, supply chain et finance Assurer une coordination étroite avec la force de vente terrain Vous ferez partie de Notre division Personal Health, qui regroupe nos activités et produits destinés au grand public en France : santé bucco-dentaire, puériculture, soin de la personne et petit électroménager. Vous serez rattaché(e) au Channel Manager et travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec l’ensemble des équipes commerciales, marketing, logistiques et support afin de garantir la satisfaction des clients et le déploiement réussi du nouveau positionnement de Philips. Rémunération et avantages Un travail porteur de sens doit s’accompagner d’une rémunération juste et transparente. La fourchette de salaire fixe pour ce poste est comprise entre 53 625 € et 82 500 €. Le positionnement au sein de cette fourchette est déterminé à partir de critères objectifs, comme les compétences requises pour le poste, votre expérience pertinente et le niveau de responsabilité associé, tout en tenant compte de l’équité interne et des conditions du marché local. Ce poste est également éligible à une rémunération variable, liée à l’atteinte des KPI et aux résultats de l’entreprise. L’approche complète vous sera présentée au cours du processus d’entretien afin de vous permettre de prendre une décision claire et éclairée.
