At FIS, our technology and our people are moving forward. We advance the way the world pays, banks and invests. We believe in building inclusive, diverse teams. Together, we innovate to help our colleagues, clients and communities succeed. If you’re ready to grow your career and make an impact in fintech, we have one question: Are you FIS? About the Role: You will join the global Go-to-Market and Sales Enablement organization as a senior member of the Field Enablement and Activation team. You will translate solution-launch priorities and sales strategies into practical seller-readiness programs, learning experiences and activation plans. Working across solutions, regions and sales teams, you will partner with sales leaders, portfolio leaders, readiness teams and product marketing to align enablement with field needs. Success means delivering consistent, measurable enablement that helps sellers confidently apply launch strategies in customer conversations. This role must be based in the Eastern Time Zone. What You Will Be Doing: Own end-to-end field enablement strategies for solution launches, from readiness assessment through activation, reinforcement and optimization. Partner with sales, portfolio, readiness and product marketing leaders to align launch plans with seller needs and sales priorities. Build enablement briefs defining audiences, sales motions, competencies, milestones, learning needs, assets, reinforcement and success measures. Assess launch materials and readiness, identify gaps and resolve dependencies before enablement development begins. Create sales playbooks, digital learning, assessments, videos, role-play exercises, sales rooms and reinforcement resources. Develop practical selling guidance covering customer profiles, buyer needs, value propositions, discovery, qualification, competitive positioning and objection handling. Design and facilitate engaging virtual and live training, launch briefings, office hours and reinforcement activities. Connect enablement to seller workflows and establish feedback loops that turn field insights into program improvements. Use adoption, engagement and learning signals to assess readiness and recommend targeted reinforcement or content improvements. Apply AI and enablement technologies, including Copilot, Claude, Jasper and Seismic, to scale content, learning and repeatable workflows. What You Bring: Strong experience in sales enablement, field enablement, product marketing, sales readiness, learning and development, or another sales-facing discipline. Demonstrated ability to lead complex enablement or go-to-market initiatives from strategy through launch, adoption and reinforcement. Strong knowledge of sales processes, methodologies, seller competencies and readiness practices that support consistent execution. Experience partnering with sales, product, portfolio, readiness and marketing stakeholders in a global matrix environment. Strong facilitation and executive communication skills, including leading sales learning and influencing senior stakeholders. Proven ability to translate complex requirements and source materials into clear playbooks, learning experiences and activation programs. Strong capability with adult-learning principles, instructional design, content development, measurement and continuous improvement. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of relevant education, skills and professional experience. Bonus Experience: Fintech, financial services or complex business-to-business technology experience. Experience with Seismic, Salesforce, Microsoft PowerPoint, Clipchamp, Synthesia or comparable enablement and content technologies. Hands-on experience using AI-enabled role-play, AI agents, prompt libraries or workflow automation. Experience with launch tiering, readiness assessments, sales certification or structured reinforcement programs. Experience measuring enablement adoption, engagement and impact and presenting recommendations to leadership. Learning and development, coaching, instructional-design or professional-facilitation credentials, or advanced relevant education.
