Student Position: Software Toolchain & Debugger Development (f/m/d)

Your Responsibilities: Develop, test and debug software tool components using Java, Python, C, C++, Rust and C# Support the automation of build and test systems using Jenkins Create and maintain technical documentation Contribute to debugger development by analyzing and reproducing reported issues and verifying fixes Collaborate with experienced engineers and gain hands-on experience in professional software development Your Profile: Ongoing studies in Computer Science, Information and Computer Engineering, Software Development, Mathematics, or a related field Good programming skills in Java and C++ Experience with Eclipse, Python, C, C#, LLVM/compilers, Git, SVN and/or Jenkins is a plus Good spoken and written English An independent, structured and accurate way of working Motivation to take initiative, learn and adapt in a dynamic technical environment Good communication and teamwork skills Valid work authorization required Availability of approximately 20 hours per week (duration over 6 months) Please note: The successful candidate may/will be responsible for security related tasks. The assignment may/will be in scope of security certifications, therefore a conscious and reliable way of working is necessary. The minimum salary for this position is EUR 2.800,- gross/month for full-time equivalent at NXP Austria.
