Senior AI Engineer (LLM & Edge AI)

The role focuses on the development, architecture, fine-tuning, optimization, and deployment of Large Language Models (LLMs) and Vision Language Models (VLMs), with a strong emphasis on bringing AI from concept to execution on hardware platforms. What You Will Do Design, develop, and optimize AI solutions based on LLMs and VLMs Independently solve complex AI engineering problems and drive their implementation Contribute to the architecture and technical design of AI solutions Fine-tune models for specific use cases and domains Develop and maintain AI agents using modern agentic frameworks Design and develop MCP tools and integrate them into AI agent workflows Evaluate model performance, accuracy, latency, and resource utilization Deploy and optimize AI models on embedded and edge computing platforms Create proof-of-concepts and contribute to product development activities Provide technical guidance and support to less experienced team members Stay up to date with emerging AI technologies and industry trends What We Are Looking For BSc or MSc in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field 4+ years of relevant professional experience Strong programming skills Good understanding of machine learning and deep learning fundamentals Hands-on experience with LLMs, VLMs, or other Generative AI systems Experience with model fine-tuning and evaluation techniques Experience using AI frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, or similar Strong understanding of AI system design and software engineering best practices Experience with Agentic AI frameworks Experience with MCP tools and AI tool integration Understanding of version control systems and collaborative software development practices Nice to Have Knowledge of model optimization and edge AI deployment Experience with Linux environments Experience working with multimodal AI systems Embedded systems experience, particularly in AI model deployment and performance optimization Experience mentoring or providing technical guidance to other engineers Why Join Us Work at the intersection of AI and embedded systems Develop solutions that run on real-world embedded hardware Work on challenging AI problems from architecture and development through deployment Continuous exposure to the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices Opportunities to attend technical workshops, conferences, industry events, and go on project-related business travel What Can You Expect? 📝 Contract Type This role is offered as a full‑time position with providing long‑term stability and room for growth. 📚 Development Opportunities We believe that growing our people is key to growing our business.
