As a Business Development Associate (BDA), you’ll begin your career in our 7-week Oxford Sales Academy (OSA), an immersive training program designed to give you the skills, confidence, and real-world experience to succeed in sales. Upon successfully completing the Academy, you’ll be prepared to advance into a full-time Business Development Representative (BDR) role and take the next step in building your career at Oxford. Promotions are based on performance and are evaluated throughout the entirety of the program. Advancement to a full-time sales role is determined by how you demonstrate the skills and competencies developed throughout the program and is not guaranteed simply by completing it.
