Description

We are a technology-driven company. We built our business with the purpose of empowering people and improving their organizations, one payment at a time. We started our journey by providing smart and simple payment processing tools and products but haven't stopped there. We are backed by a team of world-class experts and the best technology talent, and we are committed to helping more new businesses get started, increase the revenues of our customers, and bridge the gap between online merchants and payment solutions. Our mission is to give companies the tools they need to change the future of their business.

This role operates at the intersection of Sales, Partnerships, Product, and Marketing, translating business and product priorities into scalable go-to-market programs that drive awareness, engagement, pipeline, and revenue. The ideal candidate combines cross-organization collaboration with hands-on execution and is comfortable executing multiple marketing motions, including sales enablement, partner marketing, CRM and pipeline marketing, and product marketing.

Partner & Channel Marketing

Marketing Operations & CRM

  • Develop and execute CRM-based marketing programs designed to engage prospects and partners throughout their lifecycle.
  • Partner with Sales to improve marketing-to-sales handoffs and lead follow-up processes.
  • Identify opportunities to automate repeatable prospect and partner performance reporting, channel communications, and audience segmentation and data quality standards.

Product Marketing

  • Support go-to-market planning and execution for product launches, enhancements, and new capabilities.
  • Ensure consistent product positioning across sales, partner, CRM, digital, asset development, and marketing communications.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Serve as a key marketing partner to Sales, Partnerships/Channel, Product, and Customer Success.
  • Coordinate with Corporate Marketing/Marketing Services to develop new assets and ensure programs and materials align with company brand, messaging, and communications standards.
  • Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining clear priorities, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.

Measurement & Performance

  • Establish and monitor KPIs across the role's primary areas of responsibility, including sales hand-off and funnel activity, audience segmentation, CRM and pipeline conversion, campaign and lead source attribution, ABM and top-of-funnel performance, and marketing contribution and revenue objectives.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Skills / Competencies

  • Strong writing, communication, project management, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Strong analytical and marketing/sales operations skills with the ability to connect marketing activity to pipeline and business outcomes.
  • Intermediate-to-expert proficiency with HubSpot and Microsoft Office tools; comfortable using AI solutions.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
