Day & Night Air Conditioning, Heating and Plumbing is seeking a full- time Comfort Advisor to join our growing team in the Phoenix Metro area.

What You Will Do 

• Conduct professional in-home sales presentations for HVAC replacement opportunities
• Assess homeowners’ needs and recommend the best HVAC solutions for their home
• Build trust and establish strong relationships with homeowners
• Clearly explain equipment options, benefits, pricing, and financing solutions
• Present proposals and confidently close sales
• Follow up with prospects to move opportunities forward
• Maintain accurate customer information and sales activity in the CRM
• Work closely with the installation and support teams to ensure smooth customer experience
• Generate customer referrals and build long-term relationships
• Stay knowledgeable on HVAC equipment, products, and industry trends

Who You Are

• Outgoing, energetic, and self-motivated
• Strong work ethic with a positive attitude
• Have excellent verbal communication skills
• Have the ability to work well with others to accomplish team goals
• Be able to work with minimal supervision
• Be willing to generate customer referrals
• Have a valid driver's license and driving record that meets company insurability requirements
• Have strong customer relationship management skills
• In-home sales experience would be a plus
• Familiarity with a wide range of HVAC equipment preferred
• Knowledge of air balancing principles and duct sizing techniques preferred
• Ability to perform all physical and mental requirements of the job
