Collaborate with product, business, and development teams to design, validate, and refine solutions. Support information architecture, navigation, and content organization initiatives. Promote accessibility, usability, and design consistency across digital products. Beyond that, you’ll collaborate across teams and with third-party vendors, help evaluate member-impacting issues, and bring forward current UX practices and emerging digital banking ideas that strengthen engagement and satisfaction. What you bring We’re looking for a thoughtful, creative, and analytical UX professional who can balance member needs, business goals, and technical realities. You'll be successful in this role if you're passionate about designing intuitive digital experiences, solving complex user problems, collaborating across teams, and translating insights into effective design solutions. Experience leveraging usability testing, user research, analytics, and member feedback to inform design decisions and validate solutions. Ability to communicate design rationale, workflows, concepts, and recommendations effectively to cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external vendors. Ability to balance member needs, business requirements, and technical constraints while managing multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with design, collaboration, and productivity tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, Microsoft Visio, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel. Education/Certifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, User Experience, Psychology, Information Design, or a related field, or equivalent experience. You should also be comfortable advocating for member needs in project conversations, testing and refining ideas based on evidence, and staying current with UX trends, digital banking practices, and emerging financial technologies. Familiarity with digital banking platforms, fintech solutions, or member-facing financial technology. Experience partnering with third-party vendors or supporting digital pilots, product launches, and post-launch improvements.
