Senior OneStream Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Senior OneStream Engineer to manage, enhance, and support the OneStream application and lead the development of scalable financial consolidation, planning, reporting, and automation solutions. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design, development, implementation, administration, and production support of OneStream Financial Consolidation, Planning, Reporting, and Financial Close solutions. Partner with Finance, Accounting, FP&A, and Technology teams to gather requirements, conduct solution analysis, and translate business needs into scalable OneStream technical solutions. Design and develop Business Rules, Finance Rules, Extender Rules, Member Formulas, BRApi solutions, Workflow Profiles, Dimensions, Cube Views, Dashboards, Report Books, and Data Management sequences. Design, develop, and maintain integrations between OneStream and upstream/downstream systems, including automated data loads, transformations, extracts, reconciliations, drill-back, and drill-through capabilities. Manage OneStream metadata, security, workflows, application migrations, deployments, and release activities across Development, QA, UAT, and Production environments. Build and enhance executive dashboards, analytical reports, Excel Add-In solutions, journal templates, forms, and self-service reporting capabilities to improve Finance user productivity. Implement and support Account Reconciliations, Transaction Matching, Financial Close, OneStream Marketplace solutions, Genesis capabilities, and other platform enhancements where applicable. Evaluate OneStream releases, perform impact assessments, support upgrades, optimize application performance, establish development and coding standards, and ensure adherence to OneStream best practices and governance. Provide technical leadership for production troubleshooting and root-cause analysis, coordinating with cross-functional teams to maintain platform stability and data integrity. Develop technical and functional documentation, conduct user knowledge-transfer sessions, and mentor junior OneStream developers. Required Experience & Skills: 8+ years of experience working with enterprise financial/EPM/CPM applications. 4+ years of hands-on OneStream development and implementation experience preferred. Strong expertise in OneStream Business Rules, BRApi, Cube Views, Dashboards, Workflows, Data Management, Dimensions, Security, and integrations. Strong VB.NET/C# and SQL development and troubleshooting skills. Solid understanding of financial consolidation, planning, forecasting, reporting, financial close, account reconciliation, and transaction matching. Experience supporting enterprise integrations between OneStream and ERP, data warehouse/data lake, and other financial systems. Experience managing OneStream solutions across Development, QA, UAT, and Production environments.
