In this hands-on laboratory role, you'll perform a variety of testing and analysis activities, working with advanced equipment to evaluate physical and chemical characteristics, validate product specifications, and support continuous improvement initiatives. Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines. How You'll Make an Impact Perform quantitative and qualitative laboratory testing to support quality assurance activities. Conduct measurements, calculations, and technical evaluations with precision and accuracy. Analyze test results and experimental data to verify compliance with specifications. Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot standard and specialized laboratory equipment. Document testing activities and maintain accurate records of analyses and results. Investigate non-routine issues and apply analytical thinking to identify solutions. Support and train team members by sharing technical knowledge and best practices. Contribute to continuous improvement efforts that enhance product quality and operational efficiency. Your Background Technical diploma, vocational training, or equivalent education in Electronics Technology, Engineering Technology, or a related field. Proven experience performing laboratory testing, analysis, or quality assurance activities. Knowledge of laboratory procedures, testing methods, and measurement techniques. Experience using standard and industry-specific laboratory equipment. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
