Your Role You will design and develop ultra-precision metrology solutions for the next generations of high-performance lithography optics in an exciting working environment You will work in an interdisciplinary team of highly qualified experts, coordinating, managing and implementing development activities with internal and external partners You will specify new measurement systems, derive requirements for subsystems and components, estimate accuracy levels and quantify them through metrological evaluation You will model measurement processes in purpose-built simulation environments, evaluate the results and compare them with dedicated measurements You will develop, implement and test novel calibration, correction and image-processing algorithms You will take technical responsibility for innovative metrology projects and independently present your work and results Your Profile What sets you apart...
