We are leader on our businesses, and recognized as one of the largest global innovative companies. 【主な職務内容（Responsibilities）】 日本と海外拠点の橋渡しとなり、プロジェクトを技術面から成功に導きます。 ◎顧客テクニカルインターフェース ・顧客との技術議論を主導し、標準ソリューションの提案・促進を行う。 ・車両テストやベンチテストに立ち会い、現場での技術課題の特定と解決をサポート。 ◎グローバル・コミュニケーションの最適化 ・国内チームと海外設計センター（仏山・カイロ・武漢など）の連携を円滑にし、認識の齟齬を解消。 ◎要件定義・調整（Requirements Management） ・顧客要求と標準仕様のギャップを分析し、実現可能な落とし所をエンジニアリング視点で調整。 ◎進捗・変更管理のサポート ・顧客からの変更要求をプロジェクトマネージャーへ正確にフィードバックし、計画の整合性を図る。 ◎システム検証・品質保証 ・実車を用いたナイトドライブ（夜間走行テスト）への参加、および不具合の再現確認・解析。 ・ソフトウェア・システム設計のレビューを通じた問題解決。 【ポジションの魅力】 直近では量産開始を控える製品があり、成果が目に見える手応えを感じられるフェーズです。さらに、現在すでに他車種の開発・量産スケジューリングが進行中であり、多角的な経験を積むことができます。 「新しいタイプ」の製品・技術開発にも主体的に携わっていただけます。実用化を見据えた先行開発・新規プロジェクトがスタートしており、中長期的なコア技術の立ち上げメンバーとしてキャリアを築くことが可能です。 【応募資格（Requirements）】 言語能力： ・英語：日常会話以上 ・日本語：ビジネスレベル 技術スキル： ・組み込みソフトウェア開発の知識（C言語） ・ソフトウェアアーキテクチャおよびシステム設計の理解 ・ASPICEプロセスに関する知識 経験： ・ 5年以上の実務経験（自動車業界での経験者、特にADASやライティング関連、ECU経験者は大歓迎） 【求める人物像】 複雑な技術課題に対して、粘り強くステークホルダー間の調整ができる方。 多文化な環境を楽しみ、海外拠点とのリモート連携に抵抗がない方。 机上の設計だけでなく、実車やベンチでのテストなど現場に近い環境で働きたい方。 Depending on his/her scope, the incumbent will be in charge of one the domain : Budget Budget Awareness: Demonstrate awareness of project budgets and strive to optimize resource utilization within their scope of work. Support operations: Technical Solution Execution: Execute technical solutions for engineering tasks within defined projects, focusing on Newness levels 1-2 (fully applied or design based on existing rules). Problem Solving Support: Actively participate in problem-solving initiatives under the guidance of senior engineers, applying Valeo standard methodologies like QRQC (Quick Response Quality Control) to analyze issues and contribute to solution finding. Technical Documentation: Prepare clear and concise technical documentation, including reports, specifications, and presentations, to effectively communicate their work. Competencies: Technical Development: Continuously develop technical skills and knowledge within the Discipline, staying abreast of industry trends and advancements. Technical Coaching: Provide technical guidance and support to Discipline Junior Engineers, fostering their onboarding and skill development. Design Standard Application: Apply existing design standards effectively in their work, ensuring alignment with Valeo's guidelines and best practices. Efficiency: Digitalization Roadmap Adoption: Actively adopt and utilize digital tools and processes outlined in the Discipline's Digitalization Roadmap to enhance efficiency and productivity. Continuous Improvement Contribution: Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by identifying opportunities for optimization within their scope of work and suggesting improvements to existing processes. Innovation: Innovative Thinking: Demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving and contribute innovative ideas to enhance existing solutions or develop new approaches.
