Job Title Service Product Manager (Platform/Digital) - MR Job Description As a Service Product Manager (Platform & Digital) within MR Services, you are responsible for driving the comprehensive product strategy and lifecycle management of digital, remote, and AI-enabled service solutions. You integrate in-depth customer feedback and market analysis to ensure commercial success and alignment with strategic objectives. Working under limited supervision, you define and drive product and software roadmaps, ensuring optimal performance-cost balance, adherence to timelines, and compliance with PDLM frameworks across the organization. Your role: Define and drive Digital, Remote, and AI product and software roadmaps aligned with portfolio marketing strategies and business objectives. Lead end-to-end lifecycle management, ensuring alignment with business strategies, market demands, and future portfolio evolution. Integrate customer feedback, market insights, and competitive analysis into product strategy to achieve commercial success. Optimize product strategies to enhance profitability and increase market penetration through strong regional collaboration. Ensure adherence to PDLM guidelines, acting with Champion Business responsibility across lifecycle stages. Align upstream marketing strategies and enablers with global MR markets to ensure consistent positioning and execution. Collaborate across cross-business initiatives and workstreams to drive alignment and maximize impact of digital and platform solutions. Facilitate strategic planning to achieve KPIs and business targets, aligning short- and mid-term objectives. Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to continuously evolve the product portfolio. Oversee the development of testing protocols to ensure accurate evaluation and validation of products, software, and solutions. You’re the right fit if: You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Product Management, or a related field. You bring minimum 8 years of experience in Product Management, Marketing, or related domains within a complex, global environment. You have strong experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PDLM/PLM), digital/platform solutions, and service innovation. You combine strong business acumen, market insight, and stakeholder management to translate customer and market needs into product strategies. Compensation & benefits Doing meaningful work should come with fair, transparent rewards. The base salary range for this role is €[78,187]–€[130,312]. We determine pay within the range using objective factors, like the skills the role requires, your relevant experience and the responsibility you'll have in this role, alongside internal equity and local market considerations. How we work together We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
