Position Summary

Priority Power is seeking a creative, detail-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to lead visual design and marketing operations that strengthen our brand, equip our commercial team, and keep marketing programs running smoothly.


This role is ideal for a marketing professional with 5+ years of B2B marketing experience who combines strong design skills with an operational mindset. The successful candidate will own the design and production of digital and print marketing assets, support campaign and event execution, and manage the day-to-day operations that keep the marketing function organized and on schedule.


The Digital Marketing Specialist will work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager, the Marketing and Commercial teams, and external partners to deliver on-brand creative, high-quality sales materials, and efficient marketing operations.


Position Responsibilities

  • Design and produce compelling digital and print marketing assets using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva, including social graphics, email and landing page creative, digital ads, brochures, flyers, banners, infographics, and tradeshow materials.
  • Design and maintain sales presentations, proposals, pitch decks, capability overviews, and case study layouts in partnership with the Commercial teams, translating technical content into clear, client-ready visuals.
  • Serve as steward of brand standards, maintaining brand guidelines and templates (PowerPoint, Word, email, and social) and ensuring consistency across all materials and channels.
  • Provide creative assets for campaigns built and executed in HubSpot and Salesforce, including email design, landing page visuals, and ad creative.
  • Update website content, page layouts, and visuals using WordPress and Elementor, ensuring a polished, on-brand user experience.
  • Create and schedule social media content, with a focus on LinkedIn, in line with the content calendar and editorial direction; monitor engagement and share results.
  • Manage marketing operations, including the digital asset library, photo and video library, content calendar, project management boards, and standard operating procedures.
  • Coordinate creative requests from internal teams, managing intake, timelines, review cycles, and approvals using project management software.
  • Support tradeshow and event logistics, including asset preparation, booth materials, promotional items, shipping, and vendor coordination.
  • Support marketing administration, including budget tracking, POs, vendor invoices, and coordination with print and promotional vendors.
  • Support internal branding and employee engagement initiatives, including signage, internal communications graphics, and culture events.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience with a focus on graphic design, in-house creative, or marketing operations.
  • A portfolio demonstrating strong design work across digital and print.
  • Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); Canva experience is a plus.
  • Strong PowerPoint design skills, including building templates and client-facing sales presentations.
  • Strong design instincts and fluency with brand guidelines, layout principles, typography, and visual storytelling.
  • Experience updating WordPress websites, including the Elementor page builder.
  • Experience creating and publishing content for LinkedIn and other social platforms.
  • Experience with marketing operations, including asset libraries, vendor coordination, event logistics, and budget tracking.
  • Strong project management skills with experience using Monday.com, Asana, Trello, or similar platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the energy, power, utilities, engineering, industrial, manufacturing, or technology sectors.
  • Familiarity with video editing and motion graphics tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Canva Video.
  • Experience with Figma or other UI/web design tools.
  • Experience designing tradeshow booth graphics and large-format print.
  • Photography or photo editing experience.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot or Salesforce and how creative assets are used in email and landing page campaigns.
  • HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus.
