The work
The ServiceNow Developer will play a key role in designing, configuring, testing, and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform, with a strong emphasis on HR Service Delivery (HRSD) and Employee Center Pro (EC Pro). The ideal candidate will translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable technical solutions while collaborating with cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment with enterprise needs.
This role requires hands‑on experience with ServiceNow configuration and development, including the ability to design end‑to‑end workflows, build custom components, and enhance existing platform capabilities. The developer will contribute to continuous improvement by staying current on platform updates and best practices, while communicating technical concepts effectively to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

Key responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform
- Configure and test HRSD and EC Pro modules, ensuring alignment with business process needs
- Collaborate with team members to gather requirements, identify solution options, and recommend best practices
- Customize and enhance platform features using scripting, configuration, and UI development
- Participate in design discussions to ensure consistent architecture and solution integrity
- Stay informed of ServiceNow updates and industry best practices to support ongoing improvements

- Strong capabilities in configuration, testing, design, and development within ServiceNow
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and communicate clearly with stakeholders
- Proven experience designing and deploying high‑quality ServiceNow solutions

- US Citizenship required
- Must be eligible to obtain a government secret clearance

The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
