About The Role: We're seeking a highly motivated Senior Operations Engineer. In this role, you'll be responsible for developing, optimizing, and supporting Aerospace MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul) processes, with a particular focus on the maintenance, repair, and overhaul of electronic and avionics components. You will work closely with service technicians and cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency, ensure compliance with aerospace regulations, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. What You Will Do: Develop and implement MRO processes for electronic and avionics products. Create and maintain process documentation, layouts, work instructions, repair standards, and time studies. Initiate continuous improvement activities to improve productivity and quality of repair and test operations. Support, train, and collaborate with service technicians in troubleshooting, repair, and process-related activities. Analyze repair processes and identify opportunities to improve turnaround time, quality, and cost efficiency. Support customers and suppliers in process-related matters. Implement innovative methods and apply modern technologies in MRO operations. Support root cause analysis and corrective action activities related to electronic product failures and repairs. Ensure compliance with AS9100, Part 145, and applicable aerospace repair requirements. What You Will Need: Minimum 5 years of engineering experience in manufacturing, industrial engineering, or Aerospace MRO operations. Proven experience working in an Aerospace MRO environment, preferably supporting repair and overhaul activities for electronic or avionics products. Strong understanding of maintenance, repair, and overhaul processes within the aerospace industry. Hands-on experience working with service technicians and repair teams. Knowledge of electronics, electronic assemblies, and failure analysis methodologies. Practical experience in troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing electronic equipment or electronic modules. Working experience with AS9100 standards and Part 145 requirements. Solid knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and technical coaching skills. Experience using CAD software. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects. Fluent English and Polish. Preferred education: Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics.
