In aerospace, transportation, defense, security and space, our architects design innovative solutions that make our tomorrow's possible Job Summary As a senior software engineer for software development team, you will be working as technical developer for the product implementation as well as active contribution in validation prior to delivery. Job Requirement and Responsibilities · Senior Software Engineer will be responsible for working autonomously on the product feature developments, maintaining or developing software applications and systems. · Senior Software Engineer will should be technically adequate to work as an individual contributor. · You need to follow development processes and guidelines, and will ensure the technical quality of the solution with UTs coverage and handle/identify security vulnerabilities. · You will work on Customers escalated issues. · You will get exposure to working on cutting-edge technologies and innovation events. · Contribute innovative ideas for technical improvements and processes. · Technologies should not be any constraints for the right person. Job Knowledge, Skill and Qualifications · Bachelor’s degree in computer science/computer engineering/Electronics and Communication 5+ years of application development on Java tech stack. · Strong proficiency in Java and object-oriented design principles. · Extensive experience with Spring Framework, including Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, Spring Data JPA, and Hibernate. · Proficiency in Unit Testing, Integration Testing, Contract Testing, and test automation using JUnit, Mockito, TestContainers, and related frameworks. · Experience with relational and NoSQL databases including PostgreSQL, Oracle, MySQL, MongoDB, and Redis. · Strong knowledge of API Security, including OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), JWT, SAML, and secure API design practices. · Proven expertise in designing, developing, and maintaining Microservices-based architectures. · Strong understanding of Distributed Systems, including scalability, resiliency, fault tolerance, and performance optimization. · Knowledge of Domain-Driven Design (DDD), design patterns, SOLID principles, and enterprise application architecture. · Strong understanding of Secure SDLC, OWASP Top 10, vulnerability management, and secure coding standards. · Strong expertise in RESTful API development, service integration, and API lifecycle management. · Strong understanding of CI/CD practices and DevOps tooling including Git, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, SonarQube, Maven, and Gradle. · Hands-on experience with Cloud Platforms such as AWS and/or Microsoft Azure, including cloud-native application development. · Experience with Containerization and Orchestration technologies including Docker and Kubernetes/OpenShift. · Experience with Event-Driven Architecture and messaging technologies such as Apache Kafka, RabbitMQ, or ActiveMQ. · Experience with Observability and Monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/OpenSearch, Dynatrace, or AppDynamics. · Experience leveraging AI-Assisted Development tools and practices, including: o GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, or equivalent AI coding assistants o AI-assisted code generation, unit test generation, and code reviews o AI-assisted refactoring and modernization o Specification-driven and AI-enabled software development workflows o Responsible AI usage, validation, and governance practices What do we offer?
