About the Job
As a Sales Operations Specialist, you are an important link between sales, services, customers, finance and our partner Siemens. You’ll join an experienced colleague and take over many of the tasks that keep our sales operations running, from registering new customers and processing orders to handling renewals and checking license and service proposals.

You start with the day-to-day operational tasks, such as trial orders, smaller orders and straightforward renewals. As you grow in the role, you’ll take on more complex work, like larger orders, trade-ins and upgrades, and more responsibility for following up deals and agreements. This is not a sales or marketing role. It’s a role for someone who enjoys order and accuracy, and who wants to be the person everyone can rely on to keep things under control.

In this role, you see the whole picture, from the first quote to the final invoice. You’ll work closely with Siemens, one of the world’s leading technology companies, and become the person sales, services and finance rely on to keep everything on track. You’ll be trained by an experienced colleague, take on more responsibility as you grow, and help shape how our sales operations work as CLEVR continues to grow.

Your role will include

Register new customers and run credit checks
Process orders, licence transfers and demo licences with Siemens
Handle renewals, cancellations and changes to support agreements and subscriptions
Send and review service proposals
Check that service opportunities and agreements are complete and followed up until signed
Be the go-to person for questions about prices, licences and terms
Support project managers and new employees with access to our systems
Keeping Salesforce data accurate and contributing to the continuous improvement of our sales processes

What you bring to the table

A bachelor/master degree in business administration, economics, marketing economics or a related field
1+ years of experience in relevant field
A detail-oriented and structured approach to work, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
A good understanding of numbers and finance processes such as invoicing and purchasing
A genuine curiosity about our customers, our partners and the values and ambitions that shape our organization.
You enjoy working with a diverse range of people, from customers and Siemens to colleagues across different departments.
Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems is a plus, but not required
