Job Title Marketing Intern – Philips Sonicare (all genders) Job Description Join the Philips Sonicare marketing team and help us grow the oral care category. You will support the Marketing Manager in developing brand and products, while taking ownership of selected projects and helping deliver marketing activations across digital, social media, Philips webpage and other channels. You will also contribute to the development of the Interdental category, explore new growth opportunities for Sonicare Kids and help us discover new platforms and ways to reach consumers. Your role Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with Trade Marketing, Sales, Digital and external agencies to support the category and ensure smooth execution of activities. Product launch support and Presentations creation: Help with product launch operational activities, track the performance of marketing initiatives and prepare reports and presentations. Help with content creation: Support the localization and development of communication materials, including digital assets and product rich content, for product launches, promotions and campaigns. Market Research: Help to analyze market trends, consumer needs and competitor activity to identify opportunities for Philips Sonicare. New Consumer Platforms: Explore new platforms and ways to reach and engage consumers, supporting the development and testing of new ideas. Daily Marketing Support: Help with operational tasks, such as creating purchase orders, and support other Philips Sonicare marketing activities as needed. You’re the right fit if: You are a Bachelor’s or Master’s student in Marketing, Business or a related field and can work at least 30 hours per week. You are fluent in Polish and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills. You have good knowledge of MS Office. You are self-driven, well organized, and take ownership of your projects and deadlines. You are curious about consumers, brands and new ways of communicating. Previous marketing experience is an advantage.
