Description

Sanabria & Associates, PLLC is a fast-growing and highly respected law firm with offices throughout Maryland, Virginia, and Florida.

We are seeking a highly organized, creative, and results-driven Marketing Coordinator to support and execute the firm's marketing and business development initiatives. This position is ideal for a marketing professional who is comfortable taking ownership of projects, managing multiple priorities, analyzing performance, and turning ideas into well-executed campaigns.

The Marketing Coordinator will work closely with firm leadership and collaborate with attorneys, staff, vendors, and other partners to strengthen the firm's brand, expand its digital presence, generate qualified leads, and support continued growth.

We are looking for someone who can do more than simply execute assigned tasks. The successful candidate will be a proactive problem-solver who can evaluate what is working, recommend improvements, and independently move marketing initiatives forward.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Campaign Management

  • Coordinate and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, community outreach, events, and other channels.
  • Assist with developing marketing plans and campaign strategies that support the firm's growth objectives.
  • Manage marketing calendars, campaign timelines, deliverables, and follow-up activities.
  • Identify new marketing opportunities and make recommendations to leadership.
  • Take ownership of projects from initial concept through execution and performance review.

Digital Marketing & Lead Generation

  • Support and monitor paid and organic digital marketing initiatives.
  • Coordinate website updates, landing pages, SEO initiatives, and online content.
  • Monitor lead generation campaigns and evaluate lead quality, conversion trends, and return on marketing investment.
  • Work with internal teams to understand how prospective clients move from initial inquiry through consultation and retention.
  • Recommend adjustments based on campaign performance and business needs.

Social Media & Content

  • Coordinate the firm's social media presence across relevant platforms.
  • Develop content calendars and coordinate the creation, approval, and publication of posts.
  • Assist with creating marketing copy, email campaigns, newsletters, videos, educational content, and promotional materials.
  • Ensure marketing communications maintain a professional, consistent brand voice.
  • Identify timely content opportunities and trends relevant to the firm's audience.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track key marketing metrics and prepare regular performance reports for leadership.
  • Analyze campaign results, website traffic, lead sources, conversion data, and other KPIs.
  • Translate marketing data into practical recommendations rather than simply reporting numbers.
  • Help establish measurable goals for campaigns and evaluate results against those goals.

Brand & Reputation Management

  • Help maintain consistency in the firm's branding and messaging across platforms.
  • Coordinate online reputation and review-generation initiatives.
  • Monitor the firm's digital presence and identify opportunities to strengthen brand awareness and engagement.
  • Assist with community partnerships, sponsorships, events, and other brand-building initiatives.

Vendor & Project Coordination

  • Serve as a point of contact for marketing vendors, agencies, contractors, and other external partners as assigned.
  • Monitor vendor deliverables, deadlines, and performance.
  • Coordinate multiple simultaneous projects while ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
  • Assist leadership in evaluating marketing proposals, services, and opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Public Relations, or a related field preferred
  • 3+ years of marketing experience, preferably in a law firm, professional services organization, or client-focused business
  • Experience managing digital marketing campaigns and social media platforms
  • Knowledge of SEO, website management, email marketing, and digital advertising
  • Strong writing, editing, and communication skills
  • Strong project management and organizational abilities
  • Comfortable analyzing marketing data and presenting results to leadership
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a professional brand
  • Fluency in Spanish

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous law firm marketing or legal industry experience
  • Experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta advertising, LinkedIn, and email marketing platforms
  • Experience working with CRM or client-intake systems
  • Experience supervising outside marketing agencies or vendors
