About the role
If you love design, enjoy working with people, and want to be rewarded for your results, this role is for you. You’ll guide customers from their first showroom visit to the final installation, helping them choose the perfect floors and making sure every project goes smoothly.
What you’ll do
- Help customers choose flooring by explaining product features, benefits, and warranties
- Meet with clients in our showroom and at job sites
- Coordinate measures and prepare estimates, proposals, and sales orders
- Partner with our admin and accounting teams on scheduling, work orders, and payments
- Monitor projects through installation and follow up with customers afterward
- Build lasting relationships with clients and meet or exceed sales goals
- Stay current on products, trends, and new flooring solutions
Requirements
What you bring
- Sales experience in flooring, interiors, construction, or a related industry
- Knowledge of flooring products and installation methods
- Ability to read blueprints and project plans
- Experience with Microsoft Office and RFMS or similar estimating software
- A good eye for color and design
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous flooring industry experience
- Project management experience
- Sales experience in flooring, interiors, construction, or related industries
