The Director of Marketing & Public Affairs will lead integrated marketing, strategic communications, media relations, and public affairs initiatives for a mission-driven organization focused on financial security and economic opportunity. This senior leadership role will strengthen organizational visibility, expand audience engagement, and position key research, policy insights, and expertise within public and media conversations. You will oversee digital strategy, executive communications, creative campaigns, and media outreach while translating organizational priorities into measurable results. Working closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams, you will ensure communications are timely, impactful, and aligned with broader organizational goals. The role combines strategic planning, team leadership, performance measurement, and external relationship management.
