Software Engineer II - Application Development

What You Will Do: Responsibilities _Design, develop, test, and improve software applications and features using C#, .NET, Unity, WebG WebGL, and related technologies. _Develop prototypes and proof-of concepts (POCs) to explore and validate new product ideas and technical approaches. _Translate business workflows and operational needs into practical technical solutions, even when requirements are not fully defined. _Build data-driven 3D applications and interactive experiences, with content generated dynamically from structured data. _Integrate, process, and optimize 3D assets and data for use in real-time and web-based applications. _Develop intuitive UI and user interactions for non-technical users. Work closely with Product Owners, stakeholders, and operational teams to understand real-world workflows, gather feedback, and iterate on solutions. _Independently investigate technical challenges, propose solutions, and contribute to code reviews, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement. Qualifications _Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field. _At least 3 years of experience in software development or related technical roles. _Strong programming skills in C#/.NET with solid knowledge of OOP and common design patterns. _Hands-on experience with Unity, WebGL, and 3D application development. _Experience working with 3D assets and data-driven applications. _Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to explore, prototype, and learn new technologies in a POC environment. _Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional and international teams. _Good English communication skills (CEFR B1 or equivalent). Nice to have: Experience with UI/web integration, CAD/3D visualization, REST APIs, SQL, or backend development.
