Job Description: THIS POSITION IS HYBRID AND WILL REQUIRE CANDIDATES TO WORK IN THE FOLLOWING UPS IT LOCATIONS: NEW JERSEY, ATLANTA, MARYLAND, AND KENTUCKY OFFICE 3 DAYS A WEEK We are seeking a Manager, Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, and growth of CommerceShield, UPS Digital's AI-powered fraud, risk, and chargeback protection platform for e-commerce merchants. In this role, you will own a portfolio of products that help merchants assess order risk, automate decisioning, reduce fraud losses, and protect against chargebacks. Working closely with engineering, data science, UX, and go-to-market teams, you will drive both new product innovation and scale existing solutions across multiple channels, including Shopify, APIs, and partner integrations. Key Responsibilities Define and execute the CommerceShield product strategy and roadmap. Partner with engineering and data science to enhance AI/ML-driven risk scoring and decisioning capabilities. Lead customer discovery, product experimentation, and 0-to-1 product development. Drive API, platform, and partner integration experiences to improve adoption and customer value. Manage and mentor product analysts while leading cross-functional agile teams. Own business outcomes including adoption, revenue growth, retention, and fraud-loss reduction. Collaborate with sales, marketing, legal, finance, and operations on pricing, packaging, and go-to-market initiatives. Preferred Qualifications 5 to 8 years of product management experience in SaaS APIs, or AI-driven products experience is preferred Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, product analytics, and data-driven decision making. Experience working with APIs, platform integrations, and technical product development. Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels. Background in e-commerce, fraud prevention, payments, risk management, chargebacks, or related domains is highly preferred. Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Pay Range: Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $128,172/year to 272,736/year. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to, market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and education/training and a candidate’s work experience. Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
