ROLE SUMMARY This is an exciting leadership opportunity to join the US Hematology and Endocrinology franchise, one of the most dynamic and rapidly growing businesses across US Commercial Division. The Rare Endocrine portfolio comprises 2 products, Ngenla and Genotropin, building upon ~40 years of heritage in this market. Ngenla is a once-weekly pediatric growth hormone deficiency (pGHD) therapy that launched in June 2023 and is poised to become the anchor product of the franchise. Genotropin was the first product approved to treat pGHD in 1987. The US Rare Endocrine Marketing Team Lead will serve as the critical lead role for the US Endocrine franchise to ensure short and long-term success of a diverse portfolio with brands at different stages of their lifecycle. This leader will be responsible for defining the strategic portfolio vision, advancing key franchise imperatives and drive performance of the growth hormone portfolio which includes Genotropin, a mature core brand, and Ngenla, a launch brand with significant growth expectations. The role will lead the Endocrine Marketing team with a laser focus on key portfolio opportunities. This includes delivering a best-in-class launch performance for Ngenla in a highly competitive market, driving demand while balancing access/contracting decisions to maximize net revenue. While promotional efforts are primarily focused on Ngenla, the Lead will maximize revenue performance of Genotropin through effective management of complex gross-to-net dynamics by leading a broad cross-functional team to define & executive innovative solutions. The lead will also shape the strategic evolution of the portfolio with a robust lifecycle management strategy, including evaluation and commercialization of a next gen smart device and potential expanded indications for Ngenla, in partnership with Global, Clinical, Medical, Regulatory and PGS teams. This position requires senior level marketing expertise, strong strategic, analytical, execution and decision-making skills. The successful candidate should be a self-starter with proven track record of exceptional enterprise leadership and cross-functional collaboration, demonstrating ability to prioritize, high agility and an innovative mindset to set the future vision for the portfolio. This role will be leading a marketing team of 5 and sizable cross-functional teams to deliver on financial and operational targets, managing strategic and tactical oversight across the portfolio. This position reports to the VP, US Rare Hematology & Endocrinology Franchise Lead and will serve as a key member of the US Hem Endo Marketing Leadership Team. ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES: • Oversee strategy, planning and execution to drive performance of Endocrine portfolio: Ngenla and Genotropin • Lead commercial development & lifecycle management strategy for the portfolio, including evaluation and commercialization of a next gen smart device, launch Ngenla’s expanded indications for ISS & SGA (if approved) to expand market opportunities • Lead US point of view to help shape global brand strategy while ensuring alignment between ICO, Global teams, and OPKO (external commercial partner) • Lead innovative access and contracting strategies in partnership with USMA, including development of enterprise-first GTN management approaches for Genotropin, representation of brand priorities in payer RFP responses, and pursuit of non-traditional contracting models to expand access without eroding Net Revenue • Uncover and translate relevant customer insights into commercial plans and execution of key initiatives • Create growth opportunities and innovate novel approaches tailored for the highly targeted, highly competitive markets • Oversee marketing strategy and tactical prioritization across customers and stakeholders including prescribers, key accounts, payers, specialty pharmacies, patients and advocacy organizations • Oversee franchise promotional budget. Prioritize and differentially allocate resources across the portfolio assets to maximize patient and commercial impact • Continue to advance our emerging commercial capabilities in customer engagement, omnichannel marketing and real-world data promotion in close collaboration with enterprise partners and CMO • Lead team efforts to drive launch performance for Ngenla (e.g., drive long-acting growth hormone awareness, brand differentiation, portfolio positioning, innovative contracting for access expansion and innovative patient support models) • Anticipate changes in the competitive and payer landscapes and proactively develop relevant response plans and launch strategies • Partner with marketing, analytics, payer marketing, strategic customers and sales colleagues to understand performance trends and identify portfolio opportunities • Develop and monitor key metrics to evaluate portfolio performance, executional launch excellence, marketing transformation, and drive continuous improvement • Lead strategic development and execution of business-critical deliverables including Operating Plan and LRF • Coach, inspire, develop and support the team of marketers. Lead with an inspiring team vision and cultivate an empowering team culture BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: • BA/BS degree required, MBA or other advanced degree highly desirable • 12+ years of pharmaceutical commercial experience including marketing, market access and healthcare consulting is required • Previous in-line US or Global Marketing experience in specialty markets strongly preferred • Demonstrated success executing complex marketing programs that drive performance • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with varied internal stakeholders to improve business performance • Demonstrated track record of achievement and of influencing business outcomes across diverse functional boundaries and leading a high-performing team • Solid business acumen and organizational skills with excellent interpersonal communication and negotiation skills for a wide variety of audiences, including senior management • Strong analytical skills; detail and action oriented; creative • Self-motivated and a team player • Demonstrated ability to manage and deliver results on multiple, complex, competing projects in a deadline-oriented environment • Endocrine experience preferred; rare disease or specialty experience strongly preferred • Product launch experience preferred • Candidate demonstrates a breadth of diverse leadership experiences and capabilities including: the ability to influence and collaborate with peers, develop and coach others, oversee and guide the work of other colleagues to achieve meaningful outcomes and create business impact LAST DAY TO APPLY: 10/22/2026 The annual base salary for this position ranges from $214,900.00 to $358,100.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer’s Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 22.5% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program.
