As a Python Developer-Senior Associate you will support client-focused management consulting work within our Management Consulting practice, helping develop and maintain Python-based solutions that address business problems, improve processes, and support data-driven decisions. As a Senior Associate you will analyze complex situations, manage assigned workstreams, build meaningful client connections, and guide junior team members while deepening your technical skills and business understanding. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will contribute to solution delivery across a range of industry-focused assignments, use critical thinking to break down technical and business needs, interpret feedback, and apply firm methods and technology resources to produce deliverables that support client objectives. Responsibilities - Strong Python development skills with hands-on backend experience.Experience building REST APIs and backend services using FastAPI, Flask, or Django. -Good understanding of backend architecture, authentication, error handling, and API integrations.Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases and data modeling. -Working knowledge of front-end technologies (React/Angular preferred), backend expertise is the priority.Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and automated deployments. -Basic to intermediate experience with cloud platforms such as Azure.Understanding microservices, containers, and cloud-native application development. -Experience integrating LLMs/GenAI APIs or AI-enabled applications.- -Analyzing client business processes and translating needs into Python-based solutions that support industry consulting workstreams - Developing scripts, applications, and automation routines to streamline data handling, reporting, and workflow execution - Collaborating with client service teams to gather requirements, refine technical approaches, and align deliverables with project objectives - Interpreting complex data sets to identify patterns, support problem solving, and inform recommendations for client leaders - Troubleshooting code, optimizing performance, and maintaining reusable components across multiple engagements - Applying software development methods, version control, and testing practices to maintain reliable and maintainable code - Supporting the design and delivery of technology-enabled solutions that improve operating models, data use, and business performance - Guiding junior team members by reviewing technical work, sharing development approaches, and helping resolve implementation issues What You Must Have - At least a Bachelor's degree - At least 5 years of experience - Oral and written proficiency in English required What Sets You Apart - Building meaningful client connections in consulting engagements - Demonstrating Python development within management consulting settings - Applying analytical thinking to break down complex concepts - Interpreting data to inform insights and recommendations - Using broad methodologies to solve ambiguous technical problems - Mentoring junior team members while managing assigned workstreams Travel Requirements Not Specified Job Posting End Date Are you ready to make a difference?
