Job Description Just imagine creating a single source of truth for marketing planning data that helps shape smarter investment decisions across the business. Then make it real. About the role As our Marketing Operations Manager, you'll help ensure marketing planning data is accurate, connected and reliable across internal planning platforms and external media agency systems. You'll be responsible for improving data governance, resolving integration challenges and strengthening the processes that support marketing planning and investment decisions across the LEGO Group. Working closely with Product, Digital Technology, Media Operations and external agency partners, you'll translate business requirements into operational improvements, helping teams access trusted data and make confident, evidence-based decisions. Please note: This is a 12-month cover role based at our LEGO Campus in Billund. No relocation assistance is offered. Required Qualifications Implemented data governance standards and data quality controls across planning, reporting or operational systems, ensuring consistent and reliable data for business stakeholders. Managed end-to-end data processing, validation and reporting activities supporting business planning, performance reporting and investment decision-making. Built, maintained and improved data integrations between enterprise platforms, planning systems and external partner technologies, resolving data flow and system connectivity issues. Administered or enhanced marketing planning systems, campaign planning platforms or comparable business applications used across multiple functions or business units. Analysed operational, planning and performance data to identify process improvements, troubleshoot issues and support evidence-based business decisions. Partnered with business stakeholders, product teams and technology teams to gather requirements, prioritise improvements and deliver operational solutions. Preferred Qualifications Developed dashboards, reports and data visualisations that enabled stakeholders to monitor performance, identify trends and take informed actions. Contributed to data architecture, system integration or technology planning initiatives that improved data connectivity across business and digital platforms. Supported marketing planning, marketing operations or media investment processes through data-driven workflow improvements and technology solutions. Led or supported implementation of new systems, processes or operating models, including stakeholder engagement, training and adoption activities. Strong partnerships with Product, Digital Technology, Media Operations and external agencies to support effective marketing planning processes. Improved governance, documentation and operational processes for marketing planning data flows and system integrations. Scalable approaches to monitoring, troubleshooting and resolving data quality, integration and system issues. Greater confidence in marketing planning and investment decisions through accurate, connected and trusted data. While our core team is based in Billund, we collaborate globally across product, technology and marketing functions. Over the course of the assignment, you'll strengthen data governance, improve system integrations and establish more efficient operational processes that support marketing planning and investment decisions.
