Digital Product Owner

Work Shift 1 - First Shift Job Summary Are you the type of person who wants to solve problems for customers and has a passion for digital products? In this role, you will create and maintain a vision for digital products and provide iterative value to the organization through software delivery methods. We’re looking for a curious and collaborative advocate to drive key business outcomes through digital products. What You’ll Do 1. Maintain and prioritize a product backlog. 2. Establish the characteristics that define a minimally viable product delivering rapid value to the organization. 3. Identify business problems by leading continuous discovery activities contributing to the data value with key stakeholders and customers. 4. Demonstrate how software solutions meet strategic outcomes and support product adoption. 5. Develop, track and document key metrics for market share, return on investment (ROI), customer satisfaction and user adoption. What We’re Looking For - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, Computer Science, Engineering, or other related field with one year relevant experience preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience. - Working knowledge of refinement and product vision related to ROI using software development lifecycles (agile, lean, waterfall). - Ability to work in a highly technical, cross-functional, and cross-cultural team environment, with a strong orientation toward results. Travel - Occasional travel is expected of this position #hide Work Location HYBRID: Some of a team member’s day-to-day work may be best done at a location other than a Vermeer campus.
