Position Summary

The Marketing Specialist supports the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated marketing programs that drive customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenue growth across AGIA's businesses and partner programs.

Working closely with Product Marketing, Creative, Digital, Growth & Retention, and other cross-functional teams, this individual helps translate business objectives into effective marketing campaigns and customer communications. The role supports customer lifecycle programs, product marketing initiatives, go-to-market efforts, and other strategic marketing priorities.

The ideal candidate is a results-oriented marketer with experience managing integrated campaigns, coordinating cross-functional projects, and using performance insights to improve marketing effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Planning & Execution

  • Manage assigned marketing campaigns from planning through execution, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and business objectives.
  • Support customer lifecycle marketing programs, including cross-sell, retention, renewal, winback, upgrade, payment reminder, newsletter, and customer engagement initiatives.
  • Translate business goals into actionable marketing plans, including audience targeting, channel strategy, messaging requirements, creative needs, timelines, and measurement plans.
  • Coordinate campaign deployment across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.

Product Marketing & Go-to-Market Support

  • Partner with Product Marketing Managers and business leaders to support product launches, demand generation initiatives, sales enablement programs, events, and brand campaigns.
  • Contribute to campaign strategy, positioning, value proposition development, and marketing recommendations based on customer, market, and performance insights.
  • Support development of campaign briefs, presentations, sales materials, and other marketing assets.
  • Assist with implementation of strategic marketing initiatives that support business growth objectives.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Project Management

  • Serve as a marketing point of contact for assigned initiatives and coordinate efforts across Creative, Messaging, Production, Digital, Growth & Retention, and other internal teams.
  • Develop and manage project timelines, creative briefs, approvals, stakeholder communications, and deliverables.
  • Collaborate with external agencies, vendors, and business partners to support campaign development and execution.
  • Ensure projects move efficiently through the marketing workflow while maintaining quality and accuracy standards.

Campaign Performance & Optimization

  • Monitor campaign performance and business results to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Support audience, offer, messaging, creative, and channel testing initiatives.
  • Analyze campaign results and provide recommendations to improve response, conversion, retention, revenue, and return on investment.
  • Document and share campaign learnings to improve future marketing performance.

Marketing Operations & Continuous Improvement

  • Support a shared-services marketing model that aligns resources to the highest-priority business initiatives.
  • Adapt to evolving business needs and contribute to special projects, partner programs, and new product initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities to improve marketing processes, documentation, workflows, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, learning, and operational excellence.

Requirements

  

Education

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.

Experience

  • Minimum of 3 years of marketing experience with hands-on campaign execution and project management responsibilities.
  • Experience with integrated marketing, customer lifecycle marketing, product marketing, direct-response marketing, or go-to-market programs preferred.
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing multiple concurrent projects.
  • Experience working in a data-driven marketing environment is a plus.

Knowledge & Skills

  • Strong understanding of integrated marketing and direct-response marketing principles.
  • Knowledge of customer lifecycle marketing, audience segmentation, campaign measurement, and optimization strategies.
  • Excellent project management, organization, and prioritization skills.
  • Strong written, verbal, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to interpret campaign performance data and develop actionable recommendations.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience with marketing technology platforms and project management tools is preferred.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
