We're looking for a commercially minded Growth Manager who knows how to acquire customers and drive sales through innovative, low-cost, high-impact growth strategies. This role is not traditional marketing. We are looking for someone who can identify growth opportunities, test new acquisition channels, build scalable growth engines, and deliver measurable sales outcomes Key Requirements Develop and execute customer acquisition strategies that drive sales growth. Identify and unlock new growth channels, partnerships, and market opportunities. Design and run growth experiments to improve acquisition, conversion, activation, and retention. Leverage digital, community, referral, partnership, influencer, and alternative channels to acquire customers cost-effectively. Use data and customer insights to optimize performance and scale successful initiatives. Work closely with Product, Sales, Analytics, Operations, and Marketing teams to accelerate growth. Build business cases and growth plans that deliver measurable commercial impact. Essential Experience 5+ years in Growth, Acquisition, Commercial, Digital, or Product Growth roles. Experience within fintech, digital banking, payments, wallets, lending, telco financial services, or adjacent digital businesses. Demonstrated success acquiring customers and increasing sales. Strong analytical and commercial skills with a proven ability to use data to make decisions. Experience managing growth funnels and improving conversion performance. Ideal Candidate Thinks like an entrepreneur and treats growth challenges as business problems to solve. Has a proven track record of delivering results without relying on large marketing budgets. Can identify untapped opportunities and rapidly test, learn, and scale solutions. Combines creativity with strong commercial acumen. Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments. Success in this Role Looks Like Increased customer acquisition and sales growth. New acquisition channels successfully launched and scaled. Improved conversion rates across customer journeys. Cost-effective growth strategies delivering measurable ROI. Strong pipeline of innovative growth initiatives and experiments. We'd Love to See Examples Of Building referral or advocacy programmes. Creating strategic partnerships that delivered significant customer growth. Scaling WhatsApp, social commerce, community, affiliate, or digital acquisition channels. Growth initiatives that delivered substantial sales without increasing marketing spend. Conversion optimization projects that materially improved business performance What to look for NQ7- Bacherlors or BCom Degree is required 5-7 Years Experience Experience scaling digital Wallet products or similar Comfort with high‑volume, transactional businesses where scale, activation, and retention matter more than once‑off sales. Understanding of unit economics (Cost of Acquisition) Clear thinking around growth loops (activation → usage → repeat usage → advocacy).
