Job Description: Key Responsibilities Enterprise Account Management Manage assigned large enterprise and strategic corporate accounts in Korea. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders and decision-makers. Build a comprehensive understanding of customers' businesses, supply chains, logistics requirements, and strategic priorities. Develop and execute account strategies to protect existing revenue and identify opportunities for business expansion. Business Development & Revenue Growth Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned enterprise accounts and targeted large corporate prospects. Drive revenue growth through new business conversion, account penetration, retention, and expansion. Identify additional opportunities across customers' business units, subsidiaries, vendors, and supply chain networks. Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities. Execute sales strategies to achieve or exceed assigned revenue and sales objectives. Develop customer-specific pricing and commercial proposals in collaboration with appropriate internal teams. Lead customer negotiations on pricing, service requirements, and commercial terms. Support contract development, renewal, and negotiation activities. Monitor customer compliance with agreed commercial and contractual conditions. Balance customer requirements with sustainable and profitable revenue growth. Cross-Functional & Global Collaboration Partner with Operations, Customer Service, Solutions, Pricing, Brokerage, Finance, and other relevant functions to support enterprise customers. Coordinate with UPS regional and global teams for multinational accounts and cross-border business opportunities. Mobilize internal resources to resolve complex customer issues and support service performance. Act as the commercial link between the customer and UPS internal stakeholders. Customer Retention & Service Management Monitor account performance, customer requirements, and potential business risks. Proactively address customer concerns to protect existing business and strengthen customer relationships. Coordinate internal support for operational or service-related issues affecting strategic customers. Conduct regular customer reviews and follow-up activities to support long-term retention and growth. Sales & Performance Management Maintain accurate account plans, opportunity pipelines, sales activities, and forecasts in UPS sales management systems. Monitor account revenue, shipment activity, growth opportunities, and competitive developments. Conduct market and industry analysis to identify emerging opportunities and customer needs. Provide regular updates on account performance, major opportunities, risks, and action plans. Core Mission Own, protect, and grow UPS's relationships with major enterprise customers by developing strategic account plans, identifying complex supply chain opportunities, delivering customized solutions, and driving long-term profitable revenue growth. Qualifications Proven experience in B2B sales, enterprise account management, key account management, or solution-based selling. Strong ability to manage large and complex corporate customer relationships. Demonstrated ability to identify customer needs and develop customized business solutions. Strong commercial, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills. Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple internal functions and international teams. Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand customer business models, supply chains, and commercial opportunities. Ability to manage multiple enterprise accounts and complex sales opportunities simultaneously. Business-level communication skills in both Korean and English preferred. Experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, high-tech, automotive, healthcare, or other multinational industries is an advantage.
