We work across the full software development lifecycle, delivering scalable, secure, and reliable applications in cloud and hybrid environments. The team consists of engineers with diverse expertise in application development, cloud technologies, DevOps, site reliability engineering, system integration, and modern web technologies. We partner closely with Product Owners, Architects and operational teams to deliver innovative solutions that improve customer experience and operational efficiency. About the Role Join our team to build next-generation AI-powered video, audio, and image capture solutions for a digital reporting platform. In this role, you will design and develop secure, cloud-native applications that leverage modern AI services to enable intelligent media processing and real-time data extraction. You will collaborate across engineering, product, UX, security, and operations teams while providing technical leadership and architectural guidance on enterprise-scale solutions. Responsibilities Design and develop enterprise-scale applications using React.js and Java/Spring Boot. Build scalable microservices, APIs, and event-driven integrations. Integrate AI services including Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Speech, and Document Intelligence. Develop secure, cloud-native solutions leveraging Azure, Kubernetes, and containerized platforms. Establish architecture standards for security, scalability, performance, and reliability. Collaborate with Product, UX, Engineering, DevOps, and Security teams. Provide technical leadership, architecture guidance, and mentorship. Drive CI/CD, DevSecOps, and cloud engineering best practices. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline. 10+ years of experience in Software Engineering along with 8+ years in Java/Spring Boot, React, and modern web architectures. Experience with Node.js, REST APIs, microservices, and event-driven systems. Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and cloud-native application development. Experience in integrating AI/ML technologies such as Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Speech, or similar platforms. Strong understanding of distributed systems, security, scalability, and DevSecOps practices. Proven ability to lead technical initiatives and influence architectural decisions. Experience with audio, video, image processing, or media platforms. Knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, GitHub Actions, and Azure DevOps. Experience building Generative AI solutions and enterprise AI applications. Background in highly regulated industries such as public safety, healthcare, finance, or government. Previous experience as a Technical Lead, Solution Architect, or Principal Engineer. U.S. National Base Pay Range: $95,300 - $158,800. Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates. This job is eligible for an annual incentive bonus.
