Digital Marketing Manager Location: Telford Head Office Hours: Monday to Friday (9am – 5.30pm) Contract: Permanent / Full Time Ready to create something great? At Lyreco, we're about empowering people to create great – and we're looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join our Product & Services team. This is a broad, hands-on digital marketing role where you'll help shape how we attract, engage, convert and retain customers across the full digital marketing mix. CRM and lifecycle marketing are key areas of focus for the role, alongside an understanding of paid media and how it connects with the wider digital customer journey. You'll also need to be comfortable moving between website and CMS, SEO, social media, content, lead generation, campaigns and digital analytics. You'll lead a talented team while remaining personally involved in delivery, using customer insight, performance data and commercial judgement to decide where time and investment will have the greatest impact. What you'll be doing You'll lead and develop our digital marketing activity across multiple channels, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on day-to-day delivery to support both customer acquisition and existing customer growth. Plan and deliver integrated digital campaigns across CRM, email, paid media, web, social and content. Lead the development of our CRM and lifecycle marketing activity, including segmentation, lead nurture, automated journeys, onboarding, retention and reactivation. Support PPC and paid social activity, working collaboratively with performance marketing specialists and agency partners to help optimise audiences, campaign performance and integration with wider digital activity. Improve our website and digital customer journeys through CMS management, landing pages, lead-generation activity and conversion optimisation. Develop SEO, content and organic social activity, identifying opportunities through customer behaviour, search demand and social listening. Use GA4, CRM and campaign data to understand performance, test improvements and connect digital activity to leads, customers, conversion, revenue and commercial outcomes. Work closely with external agencies and internal teams including Ecommerce, Customer Insight, Sales and Product to deliver joined-up activity. Lead, coach and develop the Digital Marketing team, creating an approachable and supportive environment while balancing strategic improvement with day-to-day delivery. What we're looking for You don't need to tick every box, but we'd love to hear from you if you have: Significant practical experience across a broad range of digital marketing channels, with a demonstrably broad skillset and willingness to remain hands-on rather than specialising solely in one area. Strong experience in CRM, email marketing, lifecycle journeys and marketing automation, ideally using HubSpot or a comparable platform. Good practical understanding of PPC and paid social, with experience supporting paid campaigns and working collaboratively with internal specialists and agency partners. Knowledge of website and CMS management, SEO, content, lead generation and conversion optimisation. Strong analytical and commercial thinking, with confidence using GA4 and performance data to understand results, make decisions and identify where time and investment should be prioritised. Experience of integrated campaign planning, agency management and working collaboratively with multiple stakeholders and teams. People leadership experience, with an approachable and supportive style and a genuine interest in developing others. Strong organisation and prioritisation skills, with the ability to move comfortably between strategic thinking and hands-on delivery and take ownership of problems and opportunities. A relevant digital marketing qualification or equivalent professional experience. A full and valid driving licence. Ideally, experience within a B2B or ecommerce environment, although breadth of digital marketing capability, curiosity and the ability to learn quickly are more important than deep specialism in every channel. What you'll get 31 days holiday, inclusive of bank holidays. Ability to work from home, 2 days from home after probation period. Pension & Life Assurance Scheme. Opportunity to participate in the Cycle to Work Scheme, access retail vouchers and eye care vouchers. 2 fully paid community volunteering days each year. Grow Our Own Talent Programme – promoting internal career development. Referral Scheme. Long Service Awards – to celebrate your career milestones. Opportunity for a career break after 3 years of service. Sports & Social Club – access to discounted trips and excursions. All Work to Company Values: Passion, Respect, Agility, Excellence. Create great with us At Lyreco, Empowering people to create great is more than our EVP. We want our people to have the opportunity to contribute, develop, share ideas and make an impact. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to influence how digital marketing develops across Lyreco UK & Ireland, bringing together people, channels, customer insight and data to support customer acquisition, existing customer growth and stronger commercial outcomes.
