Associate Director, HCP Marketing

This is an opportunity to shape healthcare professional (HCP) marketing strategy and drive high-impact launch execution within an innovative, fully remote biopharmaceutical environment. You will translate brand strategy into compelling campaigns, customer-facing resources, and omnichannel engagement initiatives that build awareness and support product adoption. Working closely with Sales, Sales Training, agencies, and cross-functional partners, you will connect customer insights and market data to actionable commercial strategies. You will play a key role in launch planning, brand positioning, field activation, and promotional execution while ensuring alignment with clinical evidence and regulatory requirements. The position combines strategic ownership with hands-on delivery, budget management, and agency leadership.
