Position Summary
This is a high-impact role for a strategic, technically fluent marketer who thrives at the intersection of marketing and technology. You will serve as the bridge between Marketing and IT, owning our marketing technology platforms, including HubSpot and Salesforce, and the integrations that connect them, while leading the strategy and execution of integrated campaigns that generate pipeline and measurable business results.
You will partner closely with the Sr. Director of Marketing and work hand-in-hand with IT, Commercial, Operations, and other internal teams to ensure marketing delivers measurable business results.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy & Execution
- Lead the strategy, build, and execution of integrated digital campaigns through HubSpot and Salesforce, including email, nurture programs, Account-Based Marketing (ABM), paid and organic social, and search.
- Design and manage marketing automation, including workflows, lead scoring, audience segmentation, lifecycle stages, and nurture streams that move prospects through the funnel.
- Own the lead management process in partnership with Commercial, including MQL/SQL definitions, lead routing, sales handoff, and closed-loop reporting.
- Build campaign assets within the platforms, including emails, forms, landing pages, and lists, and run A/B testing to continuously improve engagement and conversion.
- Track, analyze, and present campaign performance, ROMI, and key KPIs using HubSpot, Salesforce, and Google Analytics; use data to continuously refine strategy and demonstrate marketing impact.
Marketing Technology & Integrations
- Serve as the primary administrator and owner of HubSpot and the marketing functions within Salesforce, including campaigns, lead and contact management, and campaign attribution.
- Act as the primary liaison between Marketing and IT, translating marketing needs into clear technical requirements and partnering with IT on system changes, user access, security, and data governance.
- Oversee the HubSpot–Salesforce integration and connected marketing tools (WordPress, LinkedIn, Google Ads, event platforms, and others) from a marketing perspective, including field mapping, sync rules, data integrity, and troubleshooting.
- Evaluate, recommend, and implement new marketing technologies in coordination with IT; maintain stack documentation, permissions, and SOPs, and train marketing and commercial users.
- Maintain database health and compliance, including data hygiene, deduplication, and email consent and opt-out management.
Commercial & Sales Enablement
- Partner with the Commercial teams to define sales enablement needs and direct the development of presentations, proposals, sales decks, and capability overviews, working with the Digital Marketing Specialist on design and production.
- Build a library of win stories and case studies that demonstrate measurable impact for clients across market segments.
- Build and maintain commercial dashboards in HubSpot and Salesforce tracking pipeline, campaign attribution, and ROMI in coordination with Sales and Operations.
Brand & Content
- Ensure brand consistency across campaigns, channels, and touchpoints, partnering with the Digital Marketing Specialist on creative execution.
- Develop compelling content including case studies, white papers, one-pagers, social posts, email campaigns, and other collateral that showcase Priority Power's expertise.
- Maintain and evolve the content calendar; lead editorial planning and publishing across all channels.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 7–10 years of progressive B2B marketing experience, including at least 3 years owning marketing automation and CRM platforms; energy, power, industrial, or technology sectors strongly preferred.
- Hands-on administration experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub and strong working knowledge of Salesforce (campaigns, leads, reports, and dashboards); HubSpot or Salesforce certifications are a plus.
- Proven experience managing a HubSpot–Salesforce integration, including field mapping, sync rules, lead routing, and resolving data issues.
- Demonstrated ability to partner with IT and translate business needs into technical requirements; familiarity with APIs, data flows, and integration tools is a plus.
- Proven track record planning and executing multi-channel campaigns that generate pipeline, including lead scoring, nurture, and ABM programs.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics (GA4), UTM tracking, and marketing attribution reporting.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to translate complex technical subject matter into clear, compelling narratives for varied audiences.
- Strong project management skills with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel; familiarity with SharePoint is a plus.
- Experience with WordPress or similar CMS for website content management.
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite or Canva sufficient to direct and review creative work.
- Collaborative, proactive, and skilled at building relationships across departments and seniority levels.
- Self-motivated with high ownership mentality and strong follow-through.
- Ability to work onsite in Houston, TX; occasional travel required (~10–15%)
