Job Description
In the role as a Salesforce Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring that we are maximizing efficiency and capitalizing on the full features and benefits of the Salesforce system keeping in mind the different internal audiences and stakeholders who use Salesforce on a daily basis.
This is a data-driven role where you will leverage your Salesforce expertise with the unique needs of Alertus to deliver an effective user experience as well as align with current business processes. Our ideal candidate is a highly organized individual who thrives in a high-impact role where they will work cross-departmentally to provide strategic insight into the full customer life cycle through Salesforce best practices.
