Full description

The Apex Group was established in Bermuda in 2003 and is now one of the world’s largest fund administration and middle office solutions providers. Our business is unique in its ability to reach globally, service locally and provide cross-jurisdictional services. With our clients at the heart of everything we do, our hard-working team has successfully delivered on an unprecedented growth and transformation journey, and we are now represented by over circa 13,000 employees across 112 offices worldwide.Your career with us should reflect your energy and passion. That’s why, at Apex Group, we will do more than simply ‘empower’ you. We will work to supercharge your unique skills and experience. Take the lead and we’ll give you the support you need to be at the top of your game. And we offer you the freedom to be a positive disrupter and turn big ideas into bold, industry-changing realities. For our business, for clients, and for you Job Title: Sales operations analyst Location: Dalian Apex Group has embarked on a genuine ground-up transformation of its GTM Operations functions — every function that interfaces with the customer lifecycle: Sales, CRM, Revenue Operations, Marketing, Business Operations and Product Management. That model only works if the day-to-day operational support is solid: clean data, quick answers, and deal-level support that keeps sellers selling instead of untangling processes. In this role, you'll be the hands-on operational partner for our Sales and CRM teams — in Salesforce and CPQ at the deal-specific level, not just at a policy level — reducing friction, maintaining process excellence, and giving the wider GTM function the support they need to operate efficiently and hit ambitious growth targets. We're looking for a Sales Operations Analyst to be the first port of call for our Sales and CRM teams on anything operational. This will range from a stuck deal in Salesforce, configuring deal scope in CPQ, aligning support from wider teams, and enablement as they occur on a day-to-day basis. You'll report to the Sales Operations Manager, and you'll be central to keeping the engine running smoothly as we build it out. Key Responsibilities: Provide hands-on, deal-level support in Salesforce and CPQ.  You'll be the go-to person for sales process questions in your patch — troubleshooting stuck deals, supporting lead routing and lead-to-cash, and running pipeline QA so we catch and address issues before they escalate. Become the expert on our product portfolio and end-to-end process.  From the simplicity of Apex Invest subscriptions through to the complexity of Fund Administration engagements, you'll know the product suite and the full opportunity lifecycle well enough to be trusted with any question, from any seller. Drive Salesforce hygiene and data governance.  You'll own the discipline that keeps sales data accurate — the foundation everything else sits on, from forecasting and pipeline health to executive reporting and governance routing. Build reporting and insight as required.  You'll help build dashboards, reports, and performance metrics for reps, managers, and executives, and go a step further by surfacing recommendations based on what the data is telling you. Feed the enablement engine.  You'll partner with Sales Enablement to provide feedback of what you see on the ground into onboarding materials, process guides and training content that reflect how the job is really done. Connect across the business.  You'll work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product Management, Business Operations, Enablement, Customer Success and Finance to keep the sales motion aligned end to end. Qualifications and Experience: 3–5 years of experience in Sales Operations or Revenue Operations, ideally within SaaS, B2B tech, or financial/professional services Strong Salesforce proficiency, with admin-level skills preferred, and comfort working inside CPQ at the deal level Experience supporting a quota-carrying sales team day-to-day, not just at a distance A track record of spotting operational gaps and turning them into scalable process improvements A resourceful, determined problem-solver's instinct — comfortable with ambiguity and driven to resolve issues across quote-to-cash rather than hand them off Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong analytical skills, including solid Excel proficiency Excellent interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration skills across Operations, Enablement, Marketing, Customer Success and Finance What will make you thrive here: You'd rather fix the process than just work around it You take genuine pride in clean data and a well-run pipeline You're as comfortable explaining a Salesforce quirk to a rep as you are pulling together a dashboard for leadership You want to be part of building a commercial operating model from the ground floor, not inheriting one that's already set What you will get in return: A genuinely unique opportunity to be part of an expanding large global business; Competitive remuneration commensurate with skills and experience; Training and development opportunities Additional information: We are an equal opportunity employer and ensure that no applicant is subject to less favourable treatment on the grounds of gender, gender identity, marital status, race, colour, nationality, ethnicity, age, sexual orientation, socio-economic, responsibilities for dependants, physical or mental disability. Any hiring decision are made on the basis of skills, qualifications and experiences. We measure our success as a business, not only by delivering great products and services and continually increasing our assets under administration and market share, but also by how we positively impact people, society and the planet.
