Full description
Own and support Chip Sorter equipment to achieve production, quality, and reliability targets. Troubleshoot equipment issues and lead root cause analysis to minimize downtime. Develop and optimize preventive maintenance programs. Drive productivity, OEE, UPH, and cost improvement initiatives. Support new equipment installation, qualification, and production release. Collaborate with Manufacturing, Process, Quality, and Supplier teams to improve equipment performance. Analyze equipment data and implement corrective and preventive actions. Lead automation and digitalization projects to enhance operational efficiency. Develop equipment specifications, standards, and technical documentation. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational requirements. Requirements Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Automation, or related Engineering disciplines. Experience in semiconductor manufacturing, equipment engineering, or assembly operations. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of automation systems, machine vision, robotics, and semiconductor equipment is an advantage. Familiarity with SPC, FMEA, Six Sigma, or Lean Manufacturing methodologies. Strong communication and teamwork skills in a cross-functional environment. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and willing to learn new technologies.
