Company Overview Join us on our mission to elevate customer experiences for people around the world. As a member of the Everise family, you will be part of a global experience company that believes in being people-first, celebrating diversity and incubating innovation. Our dedication to our purpose and people is being recognized by our employees and the industry. Our 4.6/5 rating on Glassdoor and our shiny, growing wall of Best Place to Work awards is a testament to our investment in our culture. Through the power of diversity, we celebrate all cultures for their uniqueness and strengths. With 13 centers around the world and a robust work at home program, we believe great things happen when we work with people who think differently from us. Find a job you’ll love today! The Opportunity Everise has built a strong reputation with its clients. The next step is continuing to build that reputation with the market — in the press, with industry analysts, on the channels where our buyers already spend their time, and in the rooms where decisions about outsourcing partners get made. As Vice President of Public Relations, you own that agenda. You will build and lead the PR and communications function: setting the narrative, earning coverage that matters, arming our executives to be credible public voices, supporting revenue with stories that move deals forward, and protecting the brand when something goes wrong. This is a builder’s role with executive visibility. You will inherit a capable brand, a business with real proof points, and the mandate to decide how we show up. What you will not inherit is a fully built machine — you are here to create it. What You Will Own Narrative and integrated communications Build a single, coherent Everise story and translate it into messaging that holds up across earned, owned, and social channels. Run an integrated communications calendar that connects press activity, LinkedIn thought leadership, executive visibility, content, and campaign moments — so each channel reinforces the others instead of competing with them. Translate complex operational and regulatory subject matter into plain language that a CFO, a Chief Compliance Officer, and a trade journalist can all act on. Earned media and analyst relations Own and grow relationships with the reporters, editors, and industry analysts who cover CX, BPO, healthcare operations, insurance, and other highly regulated industries. Secure a steady cadence of earned coverage — feature placements, executive commentary, contributed pieces, data-led stories, awards, and analyst inclusion in relevant reports and rankings. Manage agency and freelance partners against clear deliverables and hold them to measurable outcomes rather than activity reports. Growth-facing communications Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Client Services so PR does measurable work for pipeline: launch narratives, client win stories, category-defining points of view, and proof points sellers can actually use. Connect communications activity to opportunity creation and deal velocity, and report on it with the same rigor the rest of the commercial organization is held to. Support reference programs and client storytelling in step with client relationship owners — with the approvals and confidentiality controls regulated clients require. Corporate reputation Act as the senior steward of the Everise brand and reputation across all markets. Manage issues as they emerge — operational, regulatory, client-related, or people-related — with a calm, factual, and coordinated response alongside Legal, Compliance, HR, and the executive team. Lead executive and internal communications that keep our own people as well informed as the market. Team and function Build the PR function — hiring, developing, and leading a small internal team supported by external specialists. Establish the measurement framework: share of voice, quality of coverage, message pull-through, executive visibility, and contribution to commercial outcomes. Own the annual communications budget and make clear trade-off decisions about where it goes. What You Bring We are looking for someone with the depth that only comes from having done this at scale, and the appetite to build rather than maintain. Concretely: 12+ years in public relations or corporate communications, including senior in-house leadership. A mix of agency and in-house experience is a strong advantage. Substantial B2B experience — you understand long sales cycles, multi-stakeholder buying committees, and how communication earns its place in a complex enterprise deal. A track record of building or significantly scaling a communications function, not only running one that already existed. Demonstrable earned-media results in business, trade, or vertical press, with existing relationships you can put to work. Fluency across channels — earned media, executive social, owned content, and internal comms — and the judgement to know which one a given moment calls for. Experience influencing and preparing C-suite executives, with the credibility to give direct counsel and the steadiness to be trusted under pressure. Comfort with measurement: you can defend your program in commercial terms. Experience in BPO, CX, healthcare, insurance, financial services, or technology services is required. Willingness to travel periodically, domestically and internationally, and to work across time zones with global teams. How You Work Our brand voice is clear and confident, intelligent and informed, supportive and reassuring. The person in this seat has to embody it. That means you write plainly, you argue from evidence rather than instinct, and you are the steady presence in the room when a situation is anything but steady. Compensation & Benefits $180,000–$200,000 base + discretionary bonus, plus medical, dental, vision, disability, 401(k), and paid time off. Actual pay may vary by skills, experience, and location. If you’ve got the skills to succeed and the motivation to make it happen, we look forward to hearing from you. Everise delivers happiness to millions of customers around the world. We excel at solving customer problems on behalf of some of the world’s biggest brands. Our specialty sectors are healthcare, travel, technology, and financial services.
