Senior Community Manager (II)

The Community Manager II, Portfolio, plays a pivotal role in driving operational excellence within the specified region, spanning mutliple suburban or urban communities. They will be responsible for ensuring client retention, homeowner satisfaction, supporting sales growth initiatives, and providing management, mentorship, and oversight to designated associations/communities.

Compensation: $90k-100k/year base.  Depending on Experience 

 

Ideal candidate: Strong 3-5 years of HOA Portfolio Management experience, and ability to commute to greater Sacramento region visiting properties, completing property inspections, etc.  within their portfolio (5-7) accounts. 

 

Has strong problem solving, strong communication, organization and project management skills.
