Key Responsibilities Operate, monitor, and test critical plant equipment and auxiliaries in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to ensure reliability and quality. Design and implement cost-effective equipment modifications to enhance safety, efficiency, and overall plant performance. Oversee maintenance planning, scheduling, and implementation, ensuring all works meet approved standards and budget constraints. Manage procurement processes, including evaluating supplier proposals and defining technical specifications for work scopes. Maintain strict compliance with legal, environmental, health, and safety (EHS) requirements through rigorous hazard analysis and safety planning. Facilitate departmental administration by preparing accomplishment reports, assisting with budget preparation, and managing stakeholder communications. Qualifications Licensed Mechanical Engineer With at least 4 years related experience Willing to be assigned in Bukidnon First Gen Corporation, the country’s pioneer in clean, green, and renewable energy, produces 3,500 megawatts of electricity nationwide, powering about 21% of the country with clean energy.
