Help Travelers Get on the Road
We’re looking for a dependable, service-oriented team member to support our airport rental operations. As an Airport Rental Sales & Customer Experience Associate, you’ll assist travelers with vehicle rentals, explain available options, process transactions, and help create a smooth customer experience.
This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, has an interest in sales, and can stay organized in a fast-paced environment. Previous rental car experience is welcome but not required.
Your Responsibilities
- Manage rental transactions, including vehicle pickups, returns, and contract paperwork.
- Help customers choose vehicles, upgrades, and optional protection products.
- Process payments and answer questions about rental agreements.
- Inspect vehicles during pickup and return procedures.
- Communicate with fleet staff to coordinate vehicle availability and readiness.
- Address customer concerns professionally and follow company procedures.

Requirements
What You’ll Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Valid driver's license with no more than two driving incidents or accidents within the past three years.
- Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and work independently when needed.
- Weekend availability.
