MRI Software is a global leader in real estate software, helping clients manage the places where people live and work. As we expand our portfolio and bring new AI-enabled capabilities to market, we are looking for a Director of Product Marketing who can make complex technology easy to understand, clearly differentiated, and compelling to buy. Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Product Marketing, you will lead positioning, portfolio storytelling, and go-to-market strategy for a defined portfolio of MRI solutions, while helping establish shared standards across the Product Marketing team. You will combine strategic leadership with hands-on work: developing strong narratives, shaping coordinated market moments, guiding launches, and coaching colleagues. You will partner with the leader responsible for market intelligence, competitive intelligence, and analyst relations to apply their insights to messaging and GTM execution. You Will: Lead positioning and portfolio storytelling: Develop clear, differentiated positioning grounded in customer needs, buying decisions, and competitive alternatives. Connect individual products into a coherent portfolio story, showing how MRI's solutions work together to solve business problems. Translate complex capabilities, including AI, data, and automation, into plain-language benefits supported by evidence. Drive go-to-market strategy and launch readiness: Lead marketing strategy for priority launches, defining target audiences, customer value, routes to market, success measures, and sales readiness. Partner with Product, PMO, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to agree responsibilities, resolve dependencies, and align launch timing with product and commercial readiness. Review results after launch and adjust the approach. Establish product marketing standards for GTM execution: Help define and embed shared standards for positioning, messaging, GTM briefs, launch tiers, enablement, and customer proof. Establish the PMM deliverables, quality expectations, and readiness criteria required to support priority GTM initiatives and launches. Match effort to commercial opportunity and available capacity, and coach PMMs to apply these standards consistently across portfolios and regions. Shape coordinated GTM market moments: Partner with Product and Marketing leaders to group relevant innovations into meaningful market moments with a compelling customer story. Plan an integrated GTM calendar that aligns product readiness, campaigns, sales activation, customer communications, and events. Determine which releases warrant a major external announcement and which are better served by targeted communications or enablement. Concentrate investment where it can generate the greatest market impact and GTM return. Strengthen sales and marketing effectiveness: Guide sales narratives, demonstrations, and customer proof that help teams explain value and win business. Partner with Brand, Revenue Marketing, Digital, and Sales Enablement to carry consistent messaging into campaigns and customer conversations. Apply insights and differentiation from the market intelligence lead, and brief the Global Delivery Centre on supporting assets while staying hands-on with priority messaging and content. Lead through influence and measure impact: Build strong partnerships across functions and regions, creating clarity around priorities and decisions. Represent the portfolio in executive and customer discussions. Agree measures with business partners and use launch performance, seller adoption, pipeline, product adoption, and GTM investment efficiency to evaluate and improve product marketing's contribution. You Have: 8+ years of B2B technology marketing experience, including substantial product marketing experience and ownership of positioning, go-to-market strategy, and major launches. A strong body of messaging and positioning work that shows how you translated complex products into clear customer value and meaningful differentiation. Experience leading product marketing across multiple products or segments, establishing shared GTM standards, and coordinating major market moments to improve impact and resource allocation. Demonstrated ability to coordinate launches across functions, align senior stakeholders, and move work forward in a global, matrixed organization. Experience applying customer, market, and competitive insights supplied by research and intelligence partners to strengthen positioning and GTM decisions. Excellent writing, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with experience coaching product marketers and raising the quality of their work. A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Preferred Experience: Enterprise SaaS, PropTech, ERP, financial software, or similarly complex B2B solutions; experience marketing AI, data, or automation capabilities. Global portfolios, regional GTM adaptation, and collaboration with shared content or delivery teams. Direct people management and development of product marketing teams. What Success Looks Like: Within your first year, you will: Establish a clear portfolio narrative and differentiated positioning that sales and marketing teams use consistently. Lead priority launches with agreed ownership, readiness criteria, and measures of market impact. Put shared PMM deliverables, messaging standards, and launch readiness criteria into regular use across priority GTM initiatives. Establish a coordinated GTM calendar that brings relevant innovations together into larger market moments, supported by campaigns and sales activation, with investment matched to expected impact. Demonstrate improvements against agreed baselines in GTM investment efficiency, sales effectiveness, launch performance, or product adoption, in partnership with the teams that own those outcomes.
